Short video clip (1 min.) with footage of the Space Shuttle and man-made constructions in orbit around the Earth.

KS2/3 idea: Music is only used during the last few seconds of this clip. Discuss with pupils the musical characteristics of this music (consider the musical elements pitch, timbre etc.) and how it relates to images of space. Then get pupils to extend the idea into a one-minute music track that could be used throughout the clip.
